CHS Seminar Lesson 1: Setup Job Cost Centers (‘Cost Codes’)

This CHS Seminar Lesson is about setting up Cost Centers, or Cost Codes, (like roofing, framing, plumbing, etc.), and setting defaults for each cost center that help populate job budgets (job estimates) with initial default costs and notes. Includes showing how Cost Codes are used throughout CHS when doing an estimate, change orders, purchase orders, and posting actual job cost bills received from trades and suppliers. ALSO, we discuss why the builder should be the one that sets up the Cost Codes master for best use by all team members. There will be best practices tips for the setup, for setting up Items behind the cost codes, AND info about where cost codes are used.
