Since the CHS home builder accounting software is provided via the web, we are able to provide you with an affordable monthly subscription service that includes full technical support, training videos, help documents, and upgrades.  This means you do NOT have to invest thousands up front to purchase a comparable job costing and accounting software, OR for up front training. CHS will pay for itself many times over!

We believe software should earn your loyalty, not demand it. CHS offers flexible subscription options with no contracts or long-term obligations. New customers start with a one month term, and once they see the results, they often choose to stay longer—on their own terms. (Renew for 1 to 12 months as needed. You are in control of it!)

You can manage renewals easily from your own login dashboard. Your financial security is important to us so CHS never knows or stores your credit card or bank account details. Therefore, we do not do auto renewals or payments, and will simply notify you with a link to renew when it’s time to do so. When you make a payment, you’ll be sent from your CHS dashboard to a secure payment provider to complete it safely.

$100 BASE Monthly Fee

  • If over 5 users, fee drops to $35.00 per user per month

NOTE:  For users added after initial setup, there is a setup fee of $35.00 per user.

NOTE:  If you have additional company files for same owner and users, the base monthly fee will increase by $30.00 per month for each additional file over one.  (User fees do NOT increase.)

EXAMPLES OF ONGOING MONTHLY Fee Calculations

1 User:    $100 flat monthly subscription fee + $40 (1 user at $40/mo) = $140.00 (per month)

2 Users:  $100 flat monthly subscription fee + $80 (2 users at $40/mo) = $180.00 (per month)

3 Users:  $100 flat monthly subscription fee + $120 (3 users at $40/mo) = $220.00 (per month)

...... Add $40 per month for each additional user up to five users.  Over 5 users, user fees drop to $35 per all users per month.

6 Users:  $100 flat monthly subscription fee + $210 (6 users at $35/mo) = $310.00 (per month)

...... Add $35 per month for each additional user if over five users.
